The GST Council in its 27th meeting held on 4th May, 2018 had approved the basic principles of GST return design. Now in its 28th meeting held on 21st July, 2018, GST Council approved the key features and new format of the GST returns. This document lists the salient features of the new return format and business process for seeking feedback of trade and industry and other stakeholders. Please leave your feedback using this discussion forum on MyGov.in.

1) While feeding B2B bill in GSTR-1, The Total Invoice Value has to be manually entered at present. When the invoice details with details of supplies are fed with their respective tax %, the Total Invoice Value shall appear on itself with manual correction option. 2) There shall be an option to enter HSN code in invoice feeding so that the HSN wise details are generated by itself rather filling a separate table.

#Page 26-Suggestion, आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी सादर प्रणाम। जीएसटी पर कोई ऐसी मोनिटरिंग व्यवस्था बनाइए की बगैर जीएसटी के कोई सामान न बेच सके और ली गई जीएसटी दुकानदार अपने पास न रखने पाए। मैं अपने साथ घटित दसियों घटनाएं बताता हूँ, मार्केट में खुलेआम बगैर जीएसटी के सामान मिलता है। यदि आपको बिल चाहिए तो जीएसटी देना पड़ेगा। तो, जब बगैर बिल के जीएसटी दिए बिना सामान मिल रहा है, जोकि सस्ता पड़ता है तो लोग सिर्फ बिल के लिए जीएसटी क्यों देंगे? दुकानदार, कच्चे बिल/Estimate पर भी लिखकर पूरी गारंटी देता है।

प्रधानमंत्री जी नमस्कार, मेरा टैक्स के बारे में ही एक सुझाव है. कुछ छोटे दुकान वाले जैसे अंडे वाले पानीपुरी वाले इटली डोसा वाले शहरो में रोज 5 से 10 हजार कमा लेते है और कोई भी प्रकार का टैक्स नहीं देते !!! मैं सभी ठेले वालो की बात नहीं कर रहा हु कुछ लोग है, जो आपको सभी छोटे बड़े शहरो में देखने को मिल जाता है !!!जबकि सरकारी कर्मचारी कभी अपना इनकम छुपा नहीं सकते !!! ठेले वालो से कैसे टैक्स लिया जाये !! दूसरी बात ये सभी gst के नाम पर आम नगरिक से ही पैसा ले रहे है पर आज भी बिल नहीं देते !!
