My suggestions for #MyGov and #GSTTo promote digital transactions, a special rate of GST should be introduced for invoices paid through digital channels.. A concept of two MRP can also be introduced as 1. MRP for cash payment and 2. MRP for digital payment, which may be lessor than first MRP. Moreover, mention of both MRP of any product should be made mandatory in every advertisement of that product.

Goods and service tax to General sales tax. All the states and union territories should have same tax. For example, if the cost price is Rs. 30/- and selling price is Rs. 100/- than tax will be Rs. 30/-. If the cost price is Rs. 60 and Sold at Rs. 100/- than also the tax will be Rs 30/-. There should not be any change in rate in different States. A to Z taxes should be included in this Rs. 30/-. The progressive States will do better .

#Page 18 3. Summary of supplies made and tax liabilities 1. Details of outward supplies The Sr No should be "A" in stead of "1" At sr no. 2 of said tile....... Taxable supplies made to registered person (B2B), The taxable value of inter-state supply and intra-state supply should be captured separately. Otherwise it is difficult to know from the tax portion(IGST, CGST or SGST) that what portion of the transactions are inter-state/intra-state.

Please allow tax advocates, who are practicing since 5 years or above and having valid certificate of practice from Bar Council of India to do the Gst Audit. It is noted that in earlier law same was allowed in different state laws. By doing the practice of indirect law such as gst, the tax advocates are having their expertise in law as well as accounting principle to perform the gst related audit works. Moreover it helps tax payers in ease of doing business.

Pg.22-Sl. 13 > INTEREST FOR LATE PAYMENT. Presently there is a misconception as to on which amount the interest has to be calculated -(i) on TAX PAYABLE, or (ii) on [TAX PAYABLE- ITC] for the period. This has to be clearly mentioned. e.g.- For a tax period 'T' the TOTAL TAX LIABILITY [Table-3] = Rs.100/- and NET ITC AVAILABLE [Table-4D] = Rs.20/- ; Now if the return is filed with a delay of 70 days, on which amount the interest should be calculated? On Rs.100/- or on Rs.(100-20)= 80/-?
