skill devlopment of Govt Official play a vital role in implementing Govt policies and programs. Govt official can add on to their skill by associating with professional bodies/association like Institute of Engineers, Indian Road Congress etc. However the membership fees charged by these professional bodies prohibites officials to join them. If Govt can think of ways and means of repaying only part of the fees to officials, then it will help them to join professional bodies and upgrade their skil

Respected Sir my view is that N.g.o are not a good idea for teach skills .many of ngo is make right now to teach skills they have no experience and they are think about ye paisa kaise andar kiya jaye please think on that .

Commitment is giving time,potential, and thinking project as god. Keeping project development as only issue to keep highest eye on quality.Commitment is to deliver best. Can we believe somebody for some project as GOD, can we not close our eye to make a commitment time as god time, and what quality can make us to achieve goal. To solve the problem of unemployment in India skill devolopment is a right step.We have to find such sectors where there is a dearth of skilled professionals such as logistics,healthcare,financial planning,product and industrial design,sports management etc. Switching to these new age careers can help in accelerating economic growth.

Our nation is one of the best source of man power which is going to take our country to the highest rank in the world in 21st century. There is no doubt about it but what is important is that every youth has talent in at least one field which needs to be identified clearly as part of education and need to encourage and empower them to innovate on that field. By doing this, we will have plenty of talents created in various fields which intern will take our nation to top rank in 21st century.

Talented students if middle-class family can't get education loan from bank-bank officers-who are very rude blunt and makes students and whole family depress (and cry at home) with no hope to have hand of help from any goverment officers !!😩
