As we all thinks and dream, our country can be destination for skilled resource if the initiative taken reaches the target groups. WE need to identify and empower small but powerful training organisation pan India to undertake skill training as part of CSR initiative and such organisation are to be recognised under Make in India.

No amount of skill development and other government initiatives will develop our country if there is no control in the population which is bursting. At least people should be made aware of its implications through effective presentation by films and TV. This should be initiated by all state and central departments political parties. Apart from this more money and opportunities should be pumped in all fields as incentives for population control. Private industries should also be roped in.

Skill development in various trades is very important but what the government needs to focus more on is obtaining trained teachers. At present it is observed that in most institutions there is great shortage of teachers from class 1 to professional and technical colleges. We require dedicated teachers in all fields. For this money alone will not be a criteria but imbibing respect in this profession should also stressed

About 40 years back I was one of the apprentice who joined a company to acquire skills. Like welding inspection store keeping inventory cost reduction documentation and several other subjects. Iwas a raw graduate and this exposurein a small scale industry helped me to acquire skills git for taking the next level in the company I worke. apprenticeship was sponsored by Government partially. That is ₹300 paid to me was funded 5O% by Government balance by company. This should be introduced again.

I think skill development must be a part of schooling system itself. 11 & 12 standard must be divided into 4-semesters. First semester must be devoted to exposure to a variety of skills (eg. mechanic, electrician, plumber, carpenter, driver, programmer, painter, pharmacist, nurse, and such). Every student must specialize in one or two or three skills (depending on ability & interest)in the next three semesters. At the end of 12-th(18 years age), every schooled child will have one skill minimum.

I would like Govt of India to Release Data of Govt. and Private Hospitals and Nursing Homes regarding the number patients admitted for treatment of diseases, injury, operation, birth each year and number of patients died, left, cured with reason. Also it is high time for govt of India to take control of School Fees of Private Education Bodies and ask them why they sell clothes, books & stationaries, health products in school or from school references.

Dear Sir
Pranam
There is instant need to change our Education system . And it has already been started by our PMJi. The roots and sanskars of the child if governed through out his or her student life then definitely the results will be wonderful.
And our institution Heartfulness is doing free of cost such type of initiative
If given a chance to talk with the education department then I suggest that a system of relaxation and meditation is to be included with education
