There should be every year advertisement of New Electrical License for Electrical Engineering Person .But we are following the website of Licensing Board from Last One Year but we could not found any advertisement for that.As this License is very vital to work on different types of Electrical Equipment.

Motivate every school kid to continue higher education/skill development through educational loans, without parent's help. GOI may direct educational institutions, banks and future employers to create a corpus for funding the loans. Make the process simpler. Ensure that every youth is skilled and gets a job for life. There should be a reskill department for middle and senior level workers in case a skill becomes redundant. Link skill development with Global Markets.

Most important point in skill development is quality of Trainer and certificatoon.There has to be central agency for testing and certifying all skills and if it is a reputed international agency it would be better.The certfying agency should test everyone from Driver electricians plumbers welders to salesmen in malls and pizza outlets.Govt must ensure that Private companies higher only duly certified people

make the system implementable as well as for smooth running so that every students of all the classes should learn and the teacher can also teach them with concentration ruther running in all the classes in a unplanned manner.So Teacher should be proportionate with the number of Classes(e.g.1 to 5),i.e.minimum 5 teachers should be there in each school in the Primary section of teaching so that the students maynot be devoid of learning and building their base of their carier.

There is must change to propagate proper education to the primary level in the schools of Assam and most of the states in india where in Assam the teacher is recruited in the proportion of teacher-student ratio i.e.30:1,but in primary level classes strating from 1 to 5 where number of classes is 5 but if there is 60 students then as per the ratio there are 2 teachers irrespective of students in different classes.So govt should appoint 1 teacher in one class n for 5 classes another 5 teachers to

have sports university, cultural university, basic skill around potery, electrical etc along with personality development should help improve skill. Also, the university should be onlybsecond tire cities
