With so much in talk about Make in India and defence procurement costs and difficulties, isnt it high time that Govt introduces a course in Engineering college for same. This would help students learn and innovate, these students when graduate can be fed into some companies which will be required for manufacturing. This can become a nice loop for the benefit of nation, where students can continuously innovate and feed it into the industry.

Breakthrough option for skill development is nationalising all Pvt Medical Colleges of India (especially UP), where students r admitted not on the basis of merit but through unfair means. Citizens are asked to pay fees ranging from 50 lakhs to 1.5 crores per seat, making it a cup of tea of rich. Out of 31,000 seats, only 4000 seats avail in govt med. colleges. Nationalising MC(s) will not only promote the the deserving students bt WILL also SAVE BILLIONS which will be used in nations development

The most precious resources of any country is it's human capital example is Japan . We need to stop all wasteful subsidies going on since last so many years for removing poverty and not yielding any fruitful results. Since these are for poor so no political party touches them because it preceived as anti poor people.Way to develop prosperous India to have world class Educational Institute like Oxford in every city of India.Government should take care of only Education and Defence Sectors.

3. Mostly, urban or developed area attracts the M.Ps and they never or rarely visits rural areas of their constituency. Their allocated quota or funds are utilized in urban areas only or many times remains unutilized or disappear without any fruitful work. By this step the funds will be properly utilized will get fruitful results out of it. 4. Presently M.Ps are helpless to do anything for villages due to absence of formulated programs.

Advantages of the New Ministry & District Department- 1. Presently, Villages and villagers are orphaned, this new ministry will develop a confidence for the Government among the farmers, which they have already lost with present administrative machinery. 2. A link is missing between M.Ps. and the people of their constituency. These development programs will help to develop a bridge between them, which will connect M.Ps. with motherland local people.
