English is the alternate language all across the world & Indians in rural & few in urban areas are struggling to communicate via English. To promote the same, a separate TV channel can be started by Government to help everyone to learn English & soft skills can also be aired via the same channel. Reading, Writing, spoken English can be part of the programme. As English is the only language of Indian Corporates, I felt that this suggestion will help to improve the skills of India

By doing this exercise huge amount of benefit to both workers & company,,, in turn our nations GDP..

What government has to do? Frame the policy in a way that one government committee has to develop & watch each state , industry wise & has to give clear msg to Human resource officer of each & every industry to arrange training of all workers in daily basis.. After completion of these trainings, company has to put some exams & issue certificates to each worker in one particular skill ( which he got trained )...

Continuing below addressing.. 12 hours per week , means 2 hours per day on that particular technical industry , it may be process , may be quality checking, may be pump maintenance etc....which will develop skills in a common worker plus his daily wage. After a months time if training was done in a religious manner, there is a huge scope of skill development in lakhs of workers & they can stood on their feet.
