Now Time to plant skill development seeds in every state of both public & private sectors. What I have seen in my current working industry is lots of young people who are doing house keeping , material shifting, making tea & snacks etc which is not improving skills of any individual & even their wages are not filling stomach.. Gov has to take an initiative to guide all private industry professionals to give 12 hr training of concern industry to all daily wage workers to improve their skills..

how can a person in india skill full with this type of education system.I am studying inter second year in SRI CHAITANYA JUNIOR COLLEGE. they conducting college from morning 7 am to 7 pm. they conducting colleges even in sunday till evening 5;30 pm. please respond to this problem and show us a solution madam. i complained R,E,O of srikakulam but of no use.in case of hostlers it is from 6 am to 10;30 pm. pls save us from this type of harrassment .first learning system must be changed.

Every district headquarter should have a skill development centre along with the workshop/laboratory/office to cater for the local skill/art/industrialskills/life skills seeing into the social,cultural,educational status of the locality.Everybody's ability needs to be polished in such a way that he uses his skills to earn and participate in the development of self,society and country as a whole.Training with motivation is a need of the hour.Let us train to participate and lead.

for skill development... our education colleges and university should start some basic activity in higher courses..like GERMANY for e.g..in civil engg. student should make wall in their with use of send and cement.

Skill development is the most necessary parameter we will have to adopt to accelerate the progress overall. India need to cope up with first liner countries and with lean mentality, just like Japan, Germany and Israel.

sir , we should change name of certain courses so that they will be user friendly and knowing to them their status upgradtion will take place for e.g carpenter as wood engineer and plumber as pipe engineer with this way profession will get name and status as now days by mere graduation do make us proud to win bread and butter along with you should poesses skill which will help as service to society and satisfaction of work sir, i like to tell we have ample resource in nature and human
