I have joined the group to make significant contribution towards skill development of the youth. I don't find any link where I can actually contribute. Enough talking, I want to contribute at ground level. How can I do that ? I am a technical graduate with more than 6 years of industry exposure and I am aware of the challenges freshers face and I would be happy to help in any way I can. Skill development needed importantly for creating employment. It is the most important thing for India in all areas.

In this fast developing modern world, skill development is very important. Especially in country like India where we have full of talented people, but most of them are left unrecognized. So, primarily we need to find out such talent and train them and use their talent for the development of modern India. There may be lot of people who get 100/100 marks in the exams and earn Rs.1 Lakh per month, but we need to teach them 'Real Life Lessons' through which anyone can lead life in any situation.

Skill development is really required in services and construction area.In construction area there is no any scarcity of unskilled labourers.But when we see for skilled labourers we are forced to do the project with limited resources.There is scarcity of welders, fitters, carpenter etc.Major contractors/company need to give proper training to labourers before deploying them at site/offices.These manpower will be asset to them for many years to come.

सर देश मे ग्रामीण उद्योजकता विकास कार्यक्रम के लीये आर सेटी ट्रेनिंग इंस्टीट्यूट ज्यो की विनामूल्य प्रशिक्षण प्रदान करता हे. जिसका सशक्तीकरन होन ग्रामीण युवाओंके हित मे होगा।

skill development is very important but only marks are in main focus.till 12th we judge child from his marks only even for admission in universities and what about skills.we should polish children from teenage only.as a student we get projects to make but it just copy and paste.we should get some tasks which can make study interesting and meaningful."we really need to come out of the books n do something with hands".

A suggestion for the benefit of millions of young students. As an academician, I observed that a large no. of students failed to complete their courses due to various reasons. Say, In a 3 year degree course, they are deprived of any certification (Degree or Diploma) even after completion of 2 to 5 semesters or 2 years, which seems to be unjustified. So,I suggest that a system of awarding Level Certifications be introduced.Say,2≤4semesters:Graduate Certificate or ≥4 semesters: Graduate Diploma

80% manpower requirement in manufacturing works is of technicians, 8th pass & with technical training. Private sector should be roped in to start in house training with rider to provide guaranteed minimum employment.Training be covered under CSR.

Hi. . .mygovERNORS. . .let's create a group mygovERNORS and weekly once say Saturday, we will go to govt schools and other places and teach the skills we know to our children. . .like,a person who knows English well will take a weekly class to govt school children to make them strong enough to face the future communication hurdles in colleges or work places, software person elaborating about basic computer and software knowledge and like the all the professionals will contribute. . .
