THE INTENT OF SKILL DEVELOPMENT SHOULD BE WELL DEFINED BEFORE THE ITS IMPLEMENTATION, TODAY'S YOUTH HAVE FASTER GRASPING CAPACITY THEN THE PREVIOUS GENERATIONS, SO, ITS AN EASY TASK FOR THE GOVERNMENT TO TRANSFER THE SKILLS TO YOUNGER GENERATION. THE SKILL DEVELOPMENT SHOULD BE VERY MUCH CONCENTRATED KEEPING IN VIEW THE SOCIAL STRUCTURE & NEEDS OF THE PRESENT SOCIETY WITHOUT CONCENTRATING ONLY ON MOBILE PHONE, INTERNET & COMPUTER TECHNOLOGIES, WHICH ARE DETERIORATING THE HEALTH & MINDSET.

Dear sir, This should be promoted by three ways -
a) Linking with formal Education system of 10+2+3
B) Provision of easy credit facilities by Banks and other Financial Institutions
C) Direct Market Linkage By removing The Involved Intermediaries.
