Skill development was always a necessity thing but its significance and importance have increased with the ever rising complexity of human settlements and also with world's largest demographic dividend present in our nation. If we are aspiring to lead the world stage in the coming decades, the utilization of our population especially the youth will be a major concern which can only be achieved by developing their skills.

Dream of make in India can't be absolutely achieved without putting skills since initial stage of education so I wish if syllabus of primary & secondary school education contains at least 30% weighed of total marks from Skill development and so on becomes a habit to realise the nation's dream of MAKE IN INDIA.

Today we want to take India at a global level but we do not have a management and commitment towards job.Its very important to make people understant about it. We want bullet trains but 1st we need to understand the management of it and for that we should send our officers to go and learn from the International University so that the are capable of managing morder era technology we should appoint people who want to join govt intitutions or PSU which are having great knowledge about these fields.

As like these system so many peoples weark for four years and they never get permanent on there job. they never get any experinace certificate for their further job in another company. As per GR Rule they should get permanent in their wearking industries, but it cannot be heapened, so the presons never get stability in there future.

good evening sir, Skill development is a very important and major component in the development of nation. Our country is able to produce graduates without skills of doing things on their own.The schools should stand for developing the skills at a tender age which becomes a habit making people work.
