The present reservation quota is badly affecting the talented youths in getting the jobs. Those who obtain high marks must be given priority irrespective of caste. Let government help those quota based people to get good quality education. But they should appear in open competition with others and come up in life. This only will help India to get more skilled youths in all sectors.Government must identify really deserving candidates instead of reservation system. Many are misusing it.

First many talented youths have to be identified. Above all many talented youths are denied jobs because of present reservation system. This has to be changed.Government must seriously think about this at least now. Many claim their quota while studying and they get qualified. Again they apply for government job under same quota system.By doing this they deny opportunity to another deserving youth. This has to be stopped. This system has to be changed. Then only our country will go forward.

Skill is the most essential aspect for any indivdual for making a living . Every Person boy or girl at the age group between 16 - 18 should be imparted certain skills , either in carpentry , engineering , farming , fisheries etc for a minimum of 2 years so people from either rual or urban sector have the oppurtunity to start something on their own or be employed. This is especially helpful for youths from the rural sector where dropout rate from school is high.
