Skill development in the country is much important aspect. This really bring a lot of change in Indian per capital income and finally Indian economy. Many of us lose jobs or unemployed due to lack of skills. Most of them would have completed their education, but it doesn't help them . I think skill development should be a part of every ones education.

There is obviously a visible need for a complete overhaul in the system and start ups must encouraged. If start ups are encouraged, able IITians find no reason to work for America. A counselling course must be conducted to help students to choose their career immediately after X. Affiliations to engineering colleges must be scrupulous. Govt must identify and acquire unequipped private colleges and improve them instead of starting IITs to eliminate the stark difference between the two.

Sir, Engineering & NCC should be compulsory from class "V" with practical training & study tour. Practice will be able to make them(students) perfect. Govt. have to posted the Engineering Students as teachers. Now a days we have to produce more Engineers.

Our most Hi tech facilities like DRDO ISRO and other defense industry should aquire some IIT;s IIM's as they study well and go to abroad without giving anything of their knowledge to their country. So if these Institutions like DRDO ISRO will be very much advanced there'd be no comparison for this country. as Currently we're very much purchasing all these stuff and spending so much of money. so skill enhancement is much needed in this area only.

Skill Development for technology industry only is my area here. Firstly, we need to re-tailor Engineering Degree curriculum to make it more Hands On engineers than paper tigers. The Degree Holders MUST Lead from the Front. Also abolish Junior Engineers except for Hands On Guidance roles. The Technicians from ITIs etc than can be better groomed and managed. Our problem today is - "Paper Tigers All Over" from Junior Engineer to Chief Engineer. Cut them out and make all in chain to lead by example.

If we really want to make स्वच्छ भारत स्वस्थ भारत We should make सुलभ शौचालय 1. on highways at a minimum gap of 15-20 km, 2. in cities within radius of 3 km, 3. Dust Bins at an easily visible locations feasible economically - all with a fast waste collection and disposal process to convert in useable energy - maintaining our environment safe and sound & no discharge to rivers. It should be with some punishment for people not comprising to system and police/public punished - caught bribing mutual

There has to be a balance between the Govt. and Pvt. authorities providing formal training on various courses as there exists a major difference in provision of resources and the fee structure, so an aspirant feels it difficult to get enrolled in desired course.
