How important is skill development in taking India forward in the 21st century?
A SMALL ARTISAN/SKILLED WORKER,IS NOT ONLY SELF EMPLOYED N SUPPORTING HIS FAMILY,BUT ALSO PROVIDING DIRECT/INDIRECT EMPLOYMENT TO SOME OTHERS.BUT WHAT IS GOVT SUPPORT TO HIM.HE IS NOT EVEN ALLOWED TO HAVE SOME PUBLIC SPACE FOR WORK OR HE HAS TO BRIBE POLICE/CORPORATION ETC. GOVT CAN EASILY PROVIDE HIM:SPACE AT CHEAP COST/RENT,CHEAP/EASY FINANCE.THIS IS ALL HE NEEDS. GOVTS MAY TALK LOUD,BUT DON'T PROVIDE HIM THIS SMALL HELP WITHOUT DISCRIMINATION.
NEPOTISM PREVAILS OVER THIS BLIND WORLD.
IN OUR COUNTRY GOVTS R SUPPORTING THE CAUSE OF MNCS N NOT INDIANS ITRYING ENTREPRENEURSHIP OR EVEN FARMING WHICH IS OUR TRADITIONAL NENTERPRISE.AN ENTREPRENEUR HAS TO WANDER FROM PILLAR TO POST ARRANGE/MANAGE FOUR FACTORS OF PRODUCTION,PAY HUGE TAXES N WHAT HE GETS IN RETURN? BABAJI KA THULLU? UNLESS N UNTIL GOVTS HAVE SOFT CORNER FOR SKILLS/ENTREPRENEURS,N TILL GOVTS' SYMPATHIZE MNCS N DON'T FIX MAXIMUM SALARY/PERKS FOR MNC/COMPANY EMPLOYEES/DIRECTORS,FUTURE FOR SKILL/ENTREPRENEUR IS GLOOMY
BRAIN DRAIN FROM INDIA TO ABROAD SHOULD BE BANNED IF GOVT WANTS TO DEVELOP INDIA A GROWTH ECONOMY HUB.VOCATIONAL COURSE ALONG WITH YOGA SHOULD BE INTRODUCED IN ALL SCHOOLS, COLLEGES, UNIVERSITIES, GOVT.ORGANIZATION ETC.WE SHOULD GIVE EMPHASIS ON SMALL ENTERPRISES.
In earlier times, division of labor was perfectly managed by distributing work among four sections skill development was thus easily managed. But this not feasible in today's times. But from 1st standard itself during schooling, the emphasis should be on skill development of one type or the other,so that by the time a student passes out 12th,he has perfection in one skill, n if he is not able to pursue higher studies,he can be self dependent thru that skill.
After 5th Std, Specialization subject to be started.
Subjects - Agriculture, Engineering, Medical, etc.
As soon as 10th std is completed. 5 years of practical exp should be enough to start work, or employability,
10 the 12 - Next Level skill development,
Degree - Supervision
Master Degree - Specilization on the subject
Dr.- Research on the subject.
At any point of time employability is must.
In labour laws amendment bill" 40 workers" employers must get relief fm harassing labour laws imdly. Separate this portion fm full bill if reqd. Bcs this segment of 40 workers can boost the dying mfg sector. At present these small people r not giving emoyment n also not investing in Manufacturing. In any Case 40 workers units need this help.
SKILL DEVELOPMENT SHOULD BE A MASS MOVEMENT , IT SHOULD NOT BE LIKE ANOTHER GOVERNMENT SCHEME. FIRST GOVERNMENT MUST SET TARGETS WHICH MUST BE AROUND 10 MILLION PER YEAR . THIS MEANS APPROX 70 MILLION PEOPLE PER YEAR WILL GET BENEFITED.
IT SHOULD BE STARTED FROM PEOPLE LIKE BEGGARS, RAG PICKERS, ETC.
AFTER THAT PROVIDE THEM INCENTIVE TO MIGRATE TO MIDDLE EAST/AUSTRALIA/US ETC TILL THE TIME WE ARE NOT ABLE TO USE THESE SKILLED MANPOWER IN OUR COUNTRY.
IT WILL BOOST TIES WID THESE COUNTRIES.
SHIKHEGA INDIA TABHI TO BADHEGA INDIA, BUT HOW WILL INDIA LEARN WHILE NO ONE WANT TO LEARN.
WE ALL WATCH 3 IDIOTS BUT NO ONE HAS APPRECIATED, OUR FIRST CHALLENGE MUST BE FIRST EDUCATE THE PARENTS BEFORE PARENTS.
ALL PARENTS WANT TO MAKE THEIR CHILDREN DOCTOR/ENGINEER BY HOOK OR CROOK.
THEY DO NOT SEEK ALTERNATE CARREAR, THE BEST BRAINS IN IIT HAVE NEVER THINK OFF BECOMING A GOOD PROFESSOR,A GOOD JURIST, A GOOD RESEARCH SCHOLAR.
THIS IS BECAUSE THE PARENTS HAD NEVER SAY HIM TO DO SO.
My invention, power saving multifunction nano device ‘SPINDICATOR-15’ costing INR 28.00 for universal use, Can Save >100 crore INR/year to INDIA.
