The course on Digital Marketing is good initiative by government for rural India

We can have all kinds of laws and regulations, good Systems and procedures in paper but the proof of the pudding as you might say is in in the implementation. If we have good processes to government policies, then we should concentrate on imparting rigorous training to the employees tn implementing these processes. Skills must be kept upgraded continuously. Service mentality should be inculcated as part of training. I think this aspect is more or less ignored resulting in poor success rate.

Sir I Request our country's road is a Bad condition and all road are damage so please You instruction of our Road & Highway ministry and create a new Road Department of our any Districts and flowing a home ministry of all state Gov. and auditing of time to time.
Our Gov. is create a new advertising of clean India,clean Ganga,Green India,Safe Animal & Birds. Stop a Dahej pratha, kanya bhrun hatya child Education, love jihad, and skill development.

In last 40 yrs, attendance system in Govt offices was with much flaws . About 25-30 % Govt employees were managing to come anytime in office & to go any time from office .In last six months, attendance system in govt offices has been improvised. Skill development is required for tighter attendance system in state & central Govt offices. so that citizens works are not held up & delayed . You are requested to look into for tighter attendance system.

To develop skills in India, both state and central govt will have to work together without any dispute. Then govt have to gather information about which types of skilled people are there in India state-wise and city-wise. Then after its state govt responsibility to bring policies which encourage them. Even Govt can provide knowledge about respective skill, they can give education related to that field in very simple language so that they can understand.

Until Unless govt finds any solution for villages students who are given education in English languages ............. but hardly they can grasp ............. because their original touch is with local language or in Hindi ............. Language media should be Hindi in large and regional language as far as possible......... then only we can think of exploring hidden talent of villages and then making India Skilled.....Thanks
