Allahabad city has been shortlisted by Ministry of Urban Development as one among the potential 98 smart cities under the Smart City Mission. At present, Allahabad Nagar Nigam is in the process of revising the Smart city proposal for second round participation. In this regard, Citizens of Allahabad are requested to participate actively in all Citizen Engagement process and enable our city to successfully accomplish the vision of the Smart City Mission.

In Round-1; Citizens of Allahabad chose Retrofitting option for 1160 acres as Area Based Development which includes areas such as Residential colonies of Mumfordganj, Commercial area of Katra, portion of Allahabad University and rejuvenation of Chandrashekar Azad Park and Hathi Park.

Allahabad Nagar Nigam requests all its citizens to participate in the Review process; wherein they can share their suggestions to help ANN to reformulate and strengthen the Smart City Proposal for the Round-2 challenge.

It would be great if start from the setting up *drainage system *water pipeline system because for this roads always are dug up and left without repair or sometimes with temporary patch work. Why special emphasis is to be given to drainage system is because as an when it rains in Allahabad,the water gets logged and whole city gets flooded in no time.

My suggestion for smart city allahabad is there should be farm house for all the cattels and buffaloes out side the city area and proper allocation of space for all cattle owners for this purpose. Cng should come in allahabad for pollution reduction.

our government will work on basic infrastructural development like road, water and electricity then definitely various industrial will setup their plant and people will get job in there home town.

In my opinion it is very easy to develop Allahabad, because Allahabad is not so crowded as compared to other cities and also there are so many idle lands in and around Allahabad which can be used for infrastructural development and also we have Naini which is also known as industrial area,

i believe that our NagarNigam has enough potential to make our city clean, what lacks is the leader, someone who can take initiative for development and every thing which an smart city needs.

Allahabad is also known as the judicial capital, we also have Sangam which is famous for KumbhMela. In my opinion in development phase more emphasis should be on Road and electricity and then on tourist places, because tourism attracts peoples to visit some particular place and also a source of revenue,

Allahabad has a lot of natural resources but not utilising. It can be a best tourism place if all the rivers and their shorelines are utilised in their best way.

Smart city " Mission, but there is lot of work to be done in All the " Sectors" Such as. 1)Agricultural Sector. 2)Education Sector. 3)Employment Sector. 4)Road and Transportation Sector. 5)Rain water Harvesting Sector. 6)Natural Resources. Etc.

It will lead to change the economic condition of the country like the well thought "vision & goals" Development of over bridges / underpasses on the congested areas.

This is very usefull for very citizen Policy and citizen charter linkage is nice The frequency should be increased in the afternoon when the school is over. It will surely help the students
