Making hubli-dharwad smart city just doesnt mean creating marvelous buildings, but the GOVT. has to take some initiatives to educate the people about the cleanliness and ask them to maintain the cleanliness arround the city. First you have to ban chewing tobacco or ask people to spit only in dustbins and the smoking areas should be done. roads are horrible in hubli. Pollution should be controlled and the vehicles should not be kept more than 10 years.

Making hubli dharwad smart cities just dosent mean creating marvelous buildings , the city should keep its uniqueness, its identification. Like when we say jaipur "Pink city" comes to our mind in the same way hubli dharwad should keep its unique ness and should set an example for smart city in north karnataka.

make dharwad as clean,green&industrial city.
Improved traffic systems,L.E.D street lights and solar power utilization should given importance.
City is so spreading and popultion is increasing that better traffic, and management could not achieved.
So implimentation of "VERTICLE CITY" should given importance.
It ll ease the traffic management, garbage management and it ll save electricity, transmission cost of electricity, and save the land etc...

A Smart hubli city, should have an inclusive mode of development. Including the urban poor in the city's overall development, by implementing such tasks that drives a sense of cleanliness, health & education as the foremost priority in the city. Until this section of any city remains ignored, there cannot be a smart city. From roads to parks to shelters, should have sustainability as their core motto & environmental equality as the vision. A balanced approach towards economy & environment.

While constructing smart city ,they should be aware that no harm should be done to nature like lake's .
And there must be a emergency special squad ready to help the people who are injured or fell sick while traveling .
There should be minimum use of non sustainable equipment like plastic etc....
There should be implementation of water purifier plants.

Frst we need to make Chennai as a clean city and then we can think about smart city.we need to insist many changes in many departments.they are
1.incorporating pollution control machines in all factories in Chennai
2.Developing organic gardening in the terrace of each and every house.By insisting this we can able to create disease free Chennai. It also helps in bringing rain and the house owners can use the products for their own purpose which will make their family healthy and wealthy.#MyGov
