1) Kota need a good airport with easy connectivity to metro cities or long distance cities.
2) All West and dumping area should cover.

the city also needs better connectivity I fell. We don't have airport. The bus stands is located at the worst location possible, is very small and crowded. The roads aren't all very great. No public transport in the city
They are practically swimming in gold, and eating up the city from inside. They should definitely be made responsible for some social activities. Something like CSR should be charged
These coaching classes should be asked to cough up the loads of cash they pockets from lakhs of students
If anybody is throwing garbage on the roads, we click a picture and bust them and we party from the heavy fines collected from them. From party, i mean it goes in the city's revenue funds :)
Swachh Delhi app is a good idea. A similar thing can be implemented there.

For examples, community linked payments, where citizens rate the performance of contractors, based on which he is paid, can be implemented
