Provide Subsidy in Using solar energy and aware public who can afford using solar power for power use in houses.
Educate Farmers and Landowners to Collect water in pits in villages, and in city strictly implementation of rain water harvesting system in each building otherwise building maps should not be passed.

Another important issues is: pure drinking water. The water people receive at home should be drinkable without needing any extra purification process. I would't call a city "smart" if even as basic need as pure water is not served to its citizen.
I am really glad Kota is selected to become a smart city. :) I am really excited to see the changes. #SmartCity #Kota #MyGov

Also, the auto-fair price may be fixed there according to kilometer-system but no auto-rikshaw drivers actually follows the meter-rule. Because countless outsiders visits Kota frequently (for obvious reasons) and I notice they're fooled by auto-rikshaw drivers who ask them to pay any random price.

Finally! A city I where I have lived!
One thing Kota really needs at the moment is better public transport system! When I am to go to the colonies that are not in the middle of the city (e.g: Ranpur), its really difficult to make it in time or make it to there comfortably.
