8-शहर में जगह -२ (बीएस स्टैंड ,पुल के नीचे,फुथपाथ आदि स्थानों ) पर रात्रि में सो जाने वाले मजदूरों और रिक्शावालों के लिए सोने का स्थान सुनिश्चित कर देना |
9-विदेशी पर्यटकों के लिए सरकारी गाइडों और वाहनों एवं गेस्ट होउसों की व्यवस्था जिससे स्थानीय वाहन चालकों द्वारा विदेशी पर्यटकों से लूट की प्रवृत्ति कम हो और सरकारी खजाने में बढ़ोत्तरी हो सके |
10- कम चौड़ी सड़कों पर अतिक्रमण को कम करना चाहिए जिससे लगने वाले जाम की समस्या कम हो सके |
5-मार्केट एवं सार्वजनिक स्थानों पर पोर्टेबल टॉयलेट की व्यवस्था एवं उनकी निश्चित रूप से साफ़ सफाई |
6-सार्वजनिक स्थानों पर घूम रहे आवारा एवं हिंसक पशुओं (कुत्ता,सांड,बन्दर एवं गाय ) को पकड़कर उन्हें एक स्थान पर रखना |
7-वरिष्ठ नागरिकों के लिए विशेष रूप से यातायात के साधनों की व्यवस्था ,एवं सार्वजनिक स्थानों पर एक एम्बुलेंस और एक डॉक्टर की व्यवस्था |
1) Traffic lights should be properly installed and functional.
2) It should be mandatory that everyone follows the traffic rules.
3)Footpath should be available for the people to walk freely and without any fear of vehicles from any side.
4)wireless fidelity should be provided everywhere.
5)Vendors should be given a place little far from main roads(around parks) so that footpath is free for strollers.
6) Solar panels should be available everywhere so that fossil fuel are not wasted.
1 - शहर में फैले तारों के मकड़जाल को खत्म कर भूमिगत रूप में व्यवस्थित करना |
2 - शहर में सभी सार्वजनिक एवं भीड़भाड़ वाले क्षेत्रों पर कूड़ेदान की व्यवस्था करना |
3-थोड़ी -2 पर बिखरे हुए पटरी दुकानदारों के लिए एक स्थान पर व्यवस्थित करना |
4-बस स्टैंडों का निर्माण ( वरिष्ठ नागरिकों विशेष रूप से ) एवं उनके रख रखाव पर विशेष ध्यान |
5-मार्केट एवं सार्वजनिक स्थानों पर पोर्टेबल टॉयलेट की व्यवस्था एवं उनकी निश्चित रूप से साफ़ सफाई |
Use information and communications technology to enhance livability and workability and sustainability by collecting communicating and crunching data- within and across departments
1.remove encroachment not only from road,but also from residential areas.
2.run sewage system.
3.ply public transport on four lane only.
4.no stray animals on the road,even dogs.
5. develop underpass on major chaurahas.
6.city under cctv surveillance.
7.1 minute late on duty will carry equal to 2 minutes salary as penalty.
8.mumbai like dance bar in some locality.
9. cut free outer ring road.
10.toilet at a distance of every 1 km.
11.NO polythene.
12.heavy plantation of indian trees
this solar traffic lights should be used.
For Smart City Lucknow I give suggestion that
1)First good thing should be done that is education.In Smart City all the people is educated and doing work for their living. It can also give there support in Smart City by increase in national income.
2)Metro work is on working that is all right but the traffic system is very headache, hour and hour we packed in traffic. so for this traffic light have to be maintain and use it properly . Officer have to do there work.
Some ways are:1:information communication and technology enabled governance.2:efficient utilities--energy water solid waste effluents.3:meaningful PPPs.4:safety and security.5:financial sustainibility.6:citizen participative local govn.7:sufficient local capital.8:transit oriented habitats.9:green features and10:minimum population criteria.
If we want Lucknow to become smart city , we have to think smart (Suraj) (Vardaan international Academy)
