Proper signage & awareness towards the traffic rules will definitely be a immediate requirement to make this beautiful city a smart city. My request to both the centre & state government to join hand to equip this department with proper resources to implement these rules. Another and most importantly state government needs to revamp the education policy to be more productive rather than the score-results of the child. Every child should be made aware of the constitution practically.

LUCKNOW SHOULD BE BOTH PROMOTED AND DEVELOPED INTHE AMBIT OF IT BEING A MULTICULTURAL HUB OF U.P..THERE SHOULD BE THE EMPHASIS ON ECO DEVELOPMENT.FIRST A STRICTER ENFORCEMENT OF LAWS IS REQUIRED.
THE RIVER FRONT ALONG THE RIVER GOMTI NEEDS TO BE DEVELOPED AS A TOURIST CULTURAL TRANSPORT HUB.
THERE IS AN URGENT REQUIRMENT OF BETTER SANITATION FACILITIES BEING AVALABLE IN PUBLIC PLACES.THE NALAS SHOULD BE CLEANED MORE EFFECTIVLY AND DRAINAGE AND SEWER CONDITIONS SHOULD BE IMPROVED.

Growth of traffic is a big problem and it needs to be tackled immediately . Use of public transport and cycling should be encouraged and enforced . Car pooling and two wheeler pooling should also be encouraged. Cars and two wheelers of even and odd nos. should be allowed to ply on roads on alternate days . it will reduce traffic congestion by almost half . Lucknow needs to be developed as a hub of quality education and employment-hub to stop migration of good brains .

Looking at the increasing rate of crimes specially with old people/couples living alone, a security system should be installed in every house.
