Government Officials which are responsible for public services must be available at proper timings, so a smart city portal must be display proper information about officer name and their duties and general public can contact online with the officials. The online services must also be in Hindi, and should display proper usage guidelines.

Abhi tak btaya jata hai ki sharaab ka theka yaha nahi hona chahiye ciggratte public place mai nahi peebi chahiye par ab zaroorat hai ye batane ki kaha Karna chahiye ye sab. So create smoking and drinking zones in separate areas and maintain peace there.. This will create balance in society

1. To conserve energy, Street Lights can be installed with a LIGHT DETECTOR SENSOR. This sensor in installed in electric circuit of any light and if ambient light is good than it will automatically switch off the street light. This can save energy wastage in day time by automatically switching off street lights in day time.
2. Waste segregation and proper disposal is almost NON EXISTENT in our cities. We must start segregating Recyclable waste and Biodegradable waste
