To achieve mission of Digital pasighat and Smart City, Information Technology is playing most important role. Every deptt. must be Digitized. This can be done by creating post of technical expert in IT Cadre like School Information Managers in edu. deptt.These managers are handling all online IT work of the deptt.So,there must be sanctioned post of Info. Manager in every school in IT cadre of deptt. and this kind of post should be created in all depths. also to streamline all IT work.

According to me, for a smart city, one important thing which is needed at this age of technology, is proper network system, where there is no trouble in connecting through phones or other means. Next is the internet: By internet i meant, solid internet speed.
Also proper drainage system, proper waste-bin in and around the city.
Last but not the least, proper education to all people about civic sense and cleanliness.

Move the Fire station from the current location to somewhere more spaceious and where they can easily operate during emergency ,as fire accident is very common in pasighat town. Fire station need not necessary to be at one station for the whole Town. I think we can have small stations in every major locality which can cover the entire perimeter of the localities during emergency. That will be more effective.

We suggested that all the our requirement should be done like:- 1.Water supply should be given every day 2.Water supply should be given every day 3.Zoo should be made in Pasighat 4.GYM should have in Pasighat 5.Factory should be have in Pasighat 6.Mall should be made in Pasighat

Airways have to be in our state and also hospitals with good doctors. Schools for higher studies their is students but no higher studies collages and those students have financial problems and they were unable to go further studies for outside due to the financial problem.
