There are many facilities that should be provided to all but in my opinion the five most essential facilities are-
1.better educational infrastructure so that the city can produce more resources in the form of smart people which will embrace the urban creativity.
2.open data and internet government so that people can be a part of local interconnectedness.
3.museum for the preservation and vast culture of its community.

AVAILABILITY OF EDUCATTION BASED MATERIAL
Once I went to market to purchase a refresher of biology. When I asked the owner, they had only one book written by the author which I don’t like to read. I asked for another but they didn’t had any. So, I searched whole Pasighat market but didn’t get any. So education based book material need to be brought for the better understanding for the students.
