Our Hon’ble Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, envisages a Digital India to bridge the digital divide in our country and further promote digital literacy in order to make development a comprehensive mass movement and put governance within everyone’s reach in India.

In order to work towards our PM’s vision, Ministry of HRD, All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) propose the Smart India Hackathon 2017, a unique initiative to identify new and disruptive digital technology innovations for solving the challenges faced by our country. This initiative aim to institutionalize a model for harnessing the creativity and technical expertise of 3.0 + million students for direct benefit of our nation. Mr. Prakash Javadekar, Hon’ble Minister, Ministry of HRD is the Chief Patron of this unique initiative, while Dr. Anil Sahasrabudhe, Chairman, AICTE & Dr. Anand Deshpande, Chairman, Founder & MD, Persistent Systems are the Chairman and Co-chairman of the organizing committee of this initiative respectively. NIC, MyGov, NASSCOM, UGC and Rambhau Mhalgi Prabodhini are co-organizers in this initiative. Besides this, several union ministries have agreed to be partners in this initiative.

Smart India Hackathon 2017 will be a computer programming competition which will involve all Engineering colleges with a reach to approximately 30 Lakh students from across India. We plan to challenge the students to think out-of-the-box and offer innovative ideas to build smart applications which will help address major real time problems in our country.

This Open Forum has been started so that participants can share their queries, issues and clarifications about the problem statements with Nodal Officers of respective Ministries and Departments.

Sir,
. Recently heard about Shivaji memorial in Aribian Sea project around Rs.3,500 crore. I m not against this but is this the only way to give memorial, in state where farmers are doing suicide due to drought. One of the idea for giving memorial is by creating DAM on the name of Shivaji or same amount can be use for research for utilising converting sea water in drinking water or can use for farming

Everyone in the corporate world believes that skill development is very important for the growth of the country and the individual. In order to become skilled employee one has to spend around 1L to 2Ls per year to complete his/her training. If anyone earning 3 to 4 lakhs per year and not getting any tax exemption against completing skill development training than how they will survive.Tax exemption is given for paying child's tuition fees. Please give some exemption for self study. Thank You!

Every mobile ,internet,telephone and wireless connection that are existing and new ,whether for a individual or organization or institutions should be linked to biometric and to the unique identity or aadhar card and any connection that does not comply to this should be deactivated this reduces the illegal use age of communication systems and terror activities.this should be made mandatory for every service provider.

Today road safty is a big issue , bike companies should give halmate compulsory on each new buy OF BIKE AND SCOOTERS . These Should be made mandotary for all bike companies.

digitalisation की अनिवार्यता निर्माण संभंधित विभागों(PWD/नगर निगम आदि )में बहोत ज़रूरी है |टेंडर की खरीदी ऑनलाइन करने से भ्रस्टाचार में काफी कमी आयी है,ठीक उसी प्रकार जब ठेकेदारो की फाइल पेमेंट के लिए जाती है तब उसकी फाइल की स्थिति ऑनलाइन वेब से या एप्प के द्वारा शो हो इसका digitalisation होना भी काफी महत्वपूर्ण है क्योकि सर्वाधिक भ्रस्टाचार अधिकारियो द्वारा फाइल रोकने के नाम पर किया जाता है |
अतः इसमें भी शीघ्र digatalisation करने की कृपा करे जिससे इन विभागों में भ्रस्टाचार की कमी आये |
