As the case for rape and unsafe environment for women. I love to share my view for their protection. As i was surfing Facebook today, i saw one post which representing the techniques for girls to get safe during attack on them. i got up an idea to share with you, as for safety measures physical training to be provide to girls such as - martial arts, karrate, army techniques and many. there must be skills development programme in schools as a compulsory subject.

I love my India, and I respect you in core of my heart. I am worry about my Indian mothers and sister. They are not safe any more. And I police, or low are also. I am not giving you any advice, Just wanting to tell you I already take my own stape. I teach them Martial arts. I just a poor single person with limited time and money. If you can then it will happens.I do my best.

when women work their children are vulnerable in all senses so it is very important child care rules must be strict in india. Private organizations are not even following the rules of maternity leaves properly. If we really want to be a healthy society in all senses then healthy working environment is the foremost priority. In addition i also want to congratulate the govt. economic help groups are doing well in rural rajasthan . But a lot of work has to done to create opportunities for women.

It is bring into your kind preview about the difficulty to grow children while both parents are working for government departments.so importance of child care leave is of utmost important.I am working in a PSU (Airports authority of India).In all central govt departments there is a provision of child care leave.but there is no such provision in our department.please get implement this policy in our DPT also.
