Go through the draft GST. In small cities small dealers are dependent on registered Sales tax practitioners. Now in GST less importance is given to these class of Practitioners by not giving audit power under GST. In present VAT Act most of states have given audit power, by turn increase tax base and compliances. Therefore, I hereby request the concerned authority to provide due recognition to them by allowing conduct audit and certifications of non-corporate assessees.

Service Tax is already 15%.Please try to increase the income of common people then expect investment. On loans company prosper not countries.Sir I ask you one simple question salaried person tax is levied on gross without allowing any personal expenses.where as business is allowed all expenses from profits why.Reduce the tax clutches on salaried than investment and savings would increase.Humble request please start delivering on infrastructure.

Modi Sir
Did you really believe GST would intimate low cost regime. Our private sector companies are so much greedy that they give increments at the rate of 5%.They will never pass the benefits of Gst to common people by reducing sales price. But through this only govt would be benefited for more taxes and companies with more profits. What your govt is doing to increase the wealth of common people. You are reducing tax rates of corporates. Why not increase the tax slab for common people.

The GST constitutional bill have been prepared after appropriate changes in earlier bill passed in LS. The concept of the GST to centralised the system of tax by single autority instead of seprate various authority. therefore, the contribution of state in respect to GST should be alloted to them and CGST tax collected in central account, but,it will be more complicated if two authority of tax collection, return, assessment etc. procedure by assessee, hence,it will be rectified in GST act.best wishes

1) #MyGov #financeminister --Replace the Finance Minister of India: The decisions of Mr. Arun Jaitley are causing great harm and loss to the common people of India. Terminate him from the post of finance minister and replace the ministry of finance with a good candidate who works for the progress of the nation and simultaneously takes decision considering welfare of the common public.

4)#finance minister --All taxes must not be more than 10%. By doing this, observe the revenue being increased by the tax money being incurred. Attend the middle class because it is very difficult to manage family in such high inflation rate.
