Yes it is very necessary. I suggest small training centers for should be open in interior parts of India it will help them in building their career its better than doing graduation searching/begging for a job. there is a lot of demand for Carpenter, Plumber, Electrician, Meson, etc.

I have noticed that people who got formal education doesn't not have knowledge but who doesn't have great knowledge. I want that govt shall give attention on some skilled but without formal education.
Please recognize skill of people who doesn't have formal degree and gave them status of senior secondary or ITI or Diploma Or B.Tech. However i know that it can come under the issue of corruption but it allows people to get part of mainstream and industry will get best talent.

students should be provided with exit points(certificate/advanced certificate/diploma/degree)so that students can choose their qualification according to their needs for employment. government can also offer part time courses on the same for students as optional system should have good, fruitful relation with local governments & private organisations who can provide job opportunities for students after completing the so called courses.

identify voocational courses that can be started according to the geographical & local needs of country/state/district/panchayath etc & incorporate that with secondary, senior secondary & higher secondary education system.teachers should be given training in the same vocational subjects by the stake holders of the particular areas. or government can start an institution where any one can get certificate/advanced certificate/diploma/degree courses which are relevant to the particular areas.

vocational education is must in students because after school they can earn money and could become successful in their life .they might not be dependent on jobs.in their own business they could become more successful.thus unemployment will decrease and our society level will increase. THAT'S ALL!
