If research can be done to create overhead cables carrying current and cars travelling below can draw power from them as trams do then pollution and dependence on fossil fuels can be reduced and electric power can be created using solar cells though idea looks very futuristic but if worked upon may create a very clean atmosphere

in general all the industries - factories - production houses have to be perfect as per the Pollution control board laws and guidlines, breaching the same HIGH FINE in PERCENTAGE on their Production scale / turn over or JAIL
we have to take steps against to not do Pollution or to stop them by HIGHEST FINE (DAND) system from now and control whats prevailing...
using Renewable Energy in Factories - industries also given tax benefits....

As a small step Car pooling need to be done mandatory. Not odd and even. All cars can travel but they should carry minimum three passengers. If this is done mandatory pooling will be done and reduce number of cars on road.

I would suggest you let people use solar panels over their houses and building's plus solar power plants should be recommended for all mega cities this would inversely reduce pollution and use of coal based electric plants.

The government can lower the rate of public transport and there should be competition in all area and the area which have more trees and the cleanliness is maintained the area should be facilitated and in every weekend all the citizen must move out and should clean there street and plant more trees and should use public transport more and should use cycle instead of bike or cars for short distance#pollution control,#chandigarh
