Most of Labourers (Maid, Waiters, etc) donot enjoy ESIC, Gratuity, Pension as the Liability to provide such facilities is on Employer for which he has to enroll with various departments. Instead the Employer should be asked to give Cheque to their Employees and should mention Salary Account after their Name. Such ESIC, Insurance, PF should be deducted by Bank from payment received & should be deposited in respective heads. The employer should increase such amounts in Cheque/Salary. >less...

Dear Modiji, We have a very early institution currently in neglect and retracting from its old glory, this semi financial institure can be re - empowered in its own category to be one of the top institution giving access to your dream in almost all villages of Bharat. This organisation has already first hand contact to every family, then why not include them also in the program. They are more friendly and part of family for billions of Bharatvasi, given a chance can share the turn around plan.

JAN DHAN YOJANA SHOULD REGISTER such households who don't have any bank account under any family members name.no person should have more than one account. nomadic and semi nomadic people should be under some other scheme.it is more important to make people take their own responsibility than govt supporting directly because it may be misused by our leaders and burocrats

Women safety is the most important priority for the government. If not done, India would be in the dark age and God's would be angry. It is a must for the government, prime minister ji Pradeep Berry
