Just like an MNC, we need to ensure that the state govts. are informed of the work that will have to be completed by them. Their achievements must be used as a basis for recognizing the state govts, and also incorporate them into a particular statewise investment index. Also the strongest state would be required to partner the weakest state to help that state develop and complete the projects it was lagging in.

NITI Aayog will collect current data and based on the current data interpret and plan future requirements in various sectors.For example urban development- how many world class cities we have at present, what are the problems faced in these cities at present? what will be the future expansion? what is the planning to mitigate such expansion. how to improve current conditions.
