My openion about our dist_patna,blok_dhanarua,ward no_16vill_bhergawan,panchyat_sanda,i say about village nali,gali,sochlya,.these thing do for first in our village,my village have no nali ,problem is that where our nali watergoes,my nali water is in our gadha me hi rah raha hai,jisse gandgi badh rahi hai,bimari bhi ho rahi haihai magar village me kon dhyan deta hai,isleyea pahli prathmikta village ke thraph diya jaye or iska kam yudh aster pe karbayea or city ki thrah rule lagu kijiyea village

Work proposal, approval, money withdraw rights shold not be with Sarpanch and panchayat sachiv. From bottom to top every one gets a fixed % of commission.
Even after DBT scheme, sarpanch and sachiv fills false entries and asks laboure to withdraw money and give them back. I would request to have a detailed enquireis in all panchayat of Sidhi Dist in MP, its backward area, no active media and administration hence huge corruption. All most all Sarpanch and panchayat sachiv became crorpati, check their last 7-8 years income and property details.
There are huge corruption in MGNREGA in remote areas, will give you example of Sidhi Dist in MP.Sarpanch and Sachive do get most of the work through machines and filled false entries of laborer. To stop this, there should be strict monitoring during the work and should be audited and feed back of villagers are also important. Sarpanch and Sachiv act like a "Mafia" in most of the Villages.
ist deploy all adequate staffs at all levels, GP, BLOCK, DISTRICT
2. with attractive salary and hr policy
3. either fully contract or fully permanent
4. salary from separate head not from administrative expenditure
5. new works- all manual agricultural operations should be included in the works list of NREGA
6. engaged Panchayat sweeper, and pump operator panel by gram sabha 100 days work in Panchayat should be included in work list so all panchayat be at MIs

REGULARIZATION OF THE EMPLOYEE IS MOST URGENT TO FULFILL THE GOAL. IF EMPLOYEE ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THEIR JOB THEN HOW CAN HE/SHE DEVOTE HIM/HER SELF TO ACHIEVE THE GOAL?
1.REGULARIZATION OF NREGA STAFF COULD BE KEY FACTOR IN SUCCESS OF MGNREGA.
2. 60;40 RATIO SHOULD BE 40;60 RATIO.
3. TO RUN IT SMOOTHLY PAYMENT SHOULD GO DIRECTLY IN THE BANK ACCOUNTS OF WORKER & VENDOR BY CENTER GOVT. BECAUSE DELAY PAYMENT DUE TO SEVERAL OFFICIAL FORMALITIES CREATES LOTS OF PROBLEM FOR WORKERS TO GET PAYMENT IN TIME WHICH DISCOURAGE THEM TO WORK WITH MGNREGA.
