1 For NPA recovery amend SARFAESi Act to give more teeth to the PSBs.Simplified rules for possession of property,Govt executives having power for such thing should be helpful to Banks 2 DRT is not successful in recovery of Banks dues Need amendment 4 Large Corporate NPA take shelter of various loopholes in the act, So such borrower may be asked to deposit some sizeable amount with Banks in separate account 4 Freedom to branches to achieve goals at their discretion No Centralised advise

The Bankers must remmember the Gandhiji's teachings : 1 Never make a promise ,once you have made furnish it even at the cost of your life . 2 The performance of the Banks rests only on the emotional economy which the banking personnel must implement in action .

ALL THE PSBs SHOULD OPEN ONE ATM IN 1 VILLAGE OF INDIA WHERE THE 'PRADHANMANTRI JAN DHAN YOJANA 'HAS BEEN IN PRESENCE. IN THESE ATMS SOLAR POWERPLANT SHOULD BE INSTALLED THIS WILL GIVE ELECTICITY TO THE ATMS. AND A NEW TYPE OF IDENTIFICATION SYSTEM SHOULD BE STARTED IT WILL BE SAME AS THE BIOMETRIC SYSTEM IN FRONT OF THE ATMS THERE WILL BE A SCANNER WHICH WILL SCAN OUR DEBIT/CREDIT CARD AFTER SCANNING ONLY IT WILL ALLOW PERSON TO ENTER INSIDE THE ATM.

For better performance of PSU banks, the defaulter lists of loans accounts are consolidate and publish the same in CIBIL and IBA sites to avoid further frauds in sanction of fresh loans. For development of industrial financing , regularly repaid account holders may provide subsidized rate of interest loans for expansion of their business. For middle class people the loans are granted for purchasing fixed properties like residential houses and house sites , as these are fully secured loans.

My suggestions: 1) Remove the secrecy behind the write-off and compromise settlement and hold officials responsible for the same even when securities are available. 2) Stop foreign jaunts of Bankers . 3) Call for all assets written off before their expected life. This will throw light on heavy spending in the name of renovation and refurbishing. 4) Compel the Banks to publish NPAs not as book balance but as total dues by borrowers including uncharged interest.

Regional head/ zonal head of any bank should preferably from that region or zone only, so that he has a better and through idea about the region/ zone and so can help in all round development of the region to the best of his knowledge of the region. Moreover he can help in openning more branches in the region/ zone and thereby reaching out to more and more people , villages, areas etc. Proper incentives to be given to banks by RBI / government for openning more branches in a financial year

1)bank employees should have a uniform. . 2)there should 3 to 4 tellers in each bank for cash and withdrawals . And these tellers should not be used for other bank operations. 3) atm use should be free unlimited. 4)strict code of conduct should be followed . 5)customers should be respected no mater rich or poor. Government bank employees usually have big atitude as if they are doing us a favour. 6)bank should not be closed on break time , employees should take break in shifts.
