BANK Branches/ATM network increasing RACE: Continue 2 All PS banks ATM services for CROSS BANKING should be FREE. The recent CLAUSE on USAGE of ATM and CHARGES is a REAL BURDEN to the customers and further it is SHRIKING the usage which will affect the economy in longer run.

BANK Branches/ATM network increasing RACE: • Presently all PS banks / Pvt Sector bank are in the RACE of opening branches/ATM to show their larger/bigger network WHICH IS NOT NECESSARY. • More Branches/ATM network creates few JOBS but a HUGE COST to the pockets of the CUTOMERS in one way or the other.

CHQ Book issuance: • Presently all PS bank has SEPARATE rules/regulations/issuing process WHICH IS AGAIN a very tedious/ time, money, energy consuming • WHY not to have a COMMON rules /regulations ACROSS all PS banks • This will put the customer at EASE and it would be beneficial to both ends that is BANK & CUSTOMER

LOAN Section: Continue 4 • Further, INTER BANK SERVICES should be improved to DEMAND applicant’s “other” bank STATEMENTS rather than asking COPIES of it sighed and duly stamped. The way the PS BANKS can access CIBIL report, WHY NOT BANK STATEMENT/Investments?

LOAN Section: Continue 3 • Documentation : ID proof/ address proof/PAN card details SHOULD BE SAVED and accessed by the respective BANK/BRANCH/LOAN DEPT , rather than XEROXING it and ATTACHING is also a tedious/time, money, energy consuming ACTIVITY which SHOULD BE AVOIDED at once.

as i am working in a PSB bank i think increase in NPA is the biggest concern and the reason being absence of stricter norms for the defaulter. people are afraid of private banks because they have recovery agents while recovery in PSB takes years so no one is afraid. i feel stricter laws against defaulter should be made so that the recovery of bank is made faster. also it will reduce the amount of provisioning that bank make for NPA accounts.

LOAN section: Continue 2 • Upon, sanctioning the LOAN, all “necessary documentation” can be followed with “the LOAN sanctioning bank” in due course. • This will SAVE lot of TIME/ENERGY/MONEY of the applicants and CAN SAVE paper and its HUGE COST involved.

LOAN Section: • Presently all PS banks demand separate application forms in HARD COPIES. • “WHY NOT TO HAVE A UNIVERSAL APPLICATION FORM online/offline” where a customer can TICK for Home loan, car loan, business loan etc and apply for a LOAN • If few of the lending Terms/Conditions are differing from one bank to another, then an additional form can be duly filled-in with a tick to ACCEPTED terms and conditions.

first of all let the public sector banks realize that they are giving service rather than only lending. They can improve the service by attending customer fast, give timely loan as in the case of private banks
