As PSU banks are Govt Undertaking its govt responsibility to reinvent them, boost their growth. If the govt choose the path of privatization then they completely shake off their duty.In today also we hear about the incident like SARADHA SCAM.So we need a safe custody to park our hard earned money. So Improve the performance of PSU banks.Make them equivalent to SBI but do not Privatize our PSU banks.

If you take this bold initiative i will sell all my property to construct a masjit and temple with the help of like minded people i am so fed up by the dishonest politicians and hindu godman and muslim clergy
with the background of my experience in life i am today happy to note that Babri masjit issue is coming to an logical conclusion. Please catch the initiative of Mr.ansari and meet him to get an out of court settlements. History can not be rewritten. let the masjit and temple be built side by side so that both religion will live in harmony for ever. take this bold initiative if you are a real follower of mahatma
Hinduism is away of life and not a religion humanity is more important than god I am a firm believer pf god but not on temples and godmen most of the hindu godmen are doing lot of harm to hinduism more than the mogul kings in destroying
my son had married a educated girl of his choice intercaste Hindu and blessed with a handsome grandson we are all living happily living together as one good family. I am deeply disturbed by the various utterances of Muslim and Hindu politicians. take care of my advice please people has elected you because you are a honest man dont betray the peoples faith mahathma will never forgive you ask the ministers and other bjp leaders to stop talking in abusive languages and fan hatred.
PSU bank staff deserves better emoluments . There is heavy shortage of staff.multiplicity of work as compared to pvt banks. They need separate officers and managers for doing deposit business, lending business and recovery of loans. In most of the PSU staff is always busy doing govt business viz pensioners , unemployment allowance, nrega payment, school children payments, jandhan accounts and the normal customer do not find his place in the bank.Either more staff or different counters should be
1.First of all stop the incident like arrest of CMD's of PSU banks i.e CORRUPTION 2.Make them more transparent, well governed, organization.Every PSU banks must be like SBI. 3.Technology must be upgraded in every psu bank like SBI and other private banks.4.Govt should merge them to make them more competitive like international banks.5.Govt should implement some steps to make them more efficient rather to privatize them and use technology to deliver banking services to rural areas.
