Banker ki halat itna kharab hai ki kuch bolana uchit nahi hai.
In Bankers point of view:
Book those who are responsible in Rising NPA.
Either allow 6 days in a week everywhere or allow 5 days in a week in banking like other government departments.
Pay structure should be similar with other government departments as financial risk is involved.
Transfer policies should be reviewed.
Above parameters if solved will improve efficiency and charm in bank profession. Otherwise it will become a gateway one join, one finds better job..leave this
PM modi sar bank performance se pahale ye bhi dekh legiye ki bank employee ka kya situation ho gaya hai, apne hak k liye strike karna parta hai, jara aap yeh bataye ki india ka koi IAS officer salary k liye strike aaj tak kiya hai. Phir bank employee k sath aisa kyu....reply
Dear gov. Plz correct the topic. If u look at the past records thn u got that psb are already prfrming well. Simple law performace is solely depend on workload and manpower. Workload is more more more thn what it should to be actual.... Our grat india has 160 cr population and now psb are not only bank they r general store, estamping, gas subsidy, jandhan. Now u decide workload is less or.... First allow psb to do banking only. Dont give thm extra burden....plz feel it my gov thn ask and act.
FREE EDUCATION for CANCER PATIENT.....
As I am myself suffering from Blood Cancer from past 14 years (2000-2014). Now I am 19. I've passed out of 12th HSC. Now I can't get higher education just because of family's financial condition. My father is working as a labour. I kindly request to get me and other people who are suffering from CANCER for free education till they get graduated.
Shabi small public sector bank ko marge kar do or 2or 3big bank bana do or sabi rural bank ko ek kar do or sbi ke subsidery bank ko sbi me marge kar do.or bank employee ke salary bada do taki 8lakh family thik se chal sake.or public sector bank ko jayda branch rural area me focus hona chaiye.
I have a very elementary question for the esteemed panel seeking suggestions : If PSB employees are denied wage revision citing low profitability, why aren't Central and State Govt employees forced to take pay cuts citing slow economic growth and high fiscal deficit. Any ways all the supposedly government work is done by banks today. This exposes the hypocritical face of the current political and administrative dispension
Check the rising NPA. Government should extend help to PSB in minimizing NPA by taking quick legal actions against the Defaulters (Either Big or Small).
Training needed for the fresh recruitees so that he can understand the work.
Infrastructure of branches should be good.
Filing system should be improved.
Replace the old pc's with new ones for fast service.
Ambience should be clean and dirt free.
Policies and Circulars should be same in each bank.
In Bank,Same Pay,Same Benefits to employees
under them to work. It only is making the entire system vulnerable. It could be inspected to verify what I am sharing. Therefore, another suggestion is to elongate this separation period and give the freshers a longer hand holding period. This could happen only when the retirement is extended by 2 years or the provision to redeploy the retirees on mutually acceptable terms. But ideal would be extension by 2 years from the risk management perspective.
3rd aspect I would say is rethink restructur
When Govt want to implement its scheme then they treat bankers as govt employees. But whem it comes for salary or medical treatment panel or wage revision than we become public sector. Once Govt said bank are running in losses so cant increase salary. By the same logic all govt departments who are in losses should stop giving salaries at all.
