good morning @pmoindia
I work with TCS Gurgaon, located at Gurgaon-Faridabad highway (Gwal Pahri area). The 200-300 m patch of road around the building (where we have Ericsson and IBM companies as well), is not repaired. The road is broken totally. And as you know we have Clients from across the world coming to the MNCs on daily basis doesn't gives a good impression. Request you to kindly inform the concerned authorities to repair that road.

Warm Regards,
Manish Arya
Gurgaon

the nationalised banks need to analyse the root causes for not reaching the ultimate customer and make them comfortable like compulsion of showing bank pass book and waiting time for bank transactions, most of banks they dont have reception / person to give minimum information.
banks may try to make their 100% transactions online with unique controls.
Most of the banks facing problems with NPAs Decision should be taken with no time loss.

In Realestate industry every transaction is done on e-auction method. When seller post his property with buyer and amount, then in 30 days time who quote 10% more in more than crore property and 20% more in below 1 crore property. Than this property is sell in higher amount. If seller is not ready than he cancel deal or sell it in higher amount. Thus nobody invest black money in real estate.
Secondaly if property sell more than index value than charge extra income tax on income.

The most important factor would be providing more convinience to people. Right now, the public sector banks have so much of paperwork i don't know why. Most of them are CBS and can access customer information online. Still there are rules like you will get your lost your debit card , you will only get it from home branch. You can take out money yhrough a deposit slip only at home branch and many others. If that much paper work has to be done then wats the point of CBS banking.

To improve, please install CCTV in bank and try to analyse those recording. Depends upon recording, please take strict action. PSU Bank ATM at SBI ACC Jamul hardly work, staff don't care. Machine, printer have another issue.
