generally in each office the flag is hoisting by the head of that office. but as per my view if that officer is a culprit one then he/she should not be come forward to hoist the flag. what may be the level of the employ, the flag should be hoist by the most honest employ. there should be a evaluation process and the flag should be come to a best hand. finally this will create a motivation to become honest among the employees and it will safe from the dirty hands.

first of all thanks for giving opportunity to us.There are various suggestions like--
1- biggest Tax reform GST- it should be included in syllabus till 2019 so that our young generation know about it.
2- Swaach Bharat abhiyaan- again there should be theory as well as practical session in every month.
3- Digital India- Most of rural people dont know about digital life and thus there is lack of knowledge which creates problem for them ,this should be solved.

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री महोदय इस वर्ष के स्वतंत्रता दिवस पर हम सब मिलकर के एक नए संकल्प लें कि जिस तरह से 2004 के बाद नियुक्त कर्मचारियों की पेंशन को बंद कर दिया गया है ठीक उसी तरह से इसके बाद जितने भी विधायक एवं सांसद महोदय हैं उन सभी लोगों का भी पेंशन बंद किया जाए या तो यह पुनः नए सिरे से इन 2004 के बाद नियुक्त कर्मचारियों को भी पेंशन को पुनः लागू किया जाए ताकि वह सेवानिवृत्त होने के बाद उनके पास पेंशन एक सहारा का साधन बन सके। मैं आशा करता हूं कि मेरे इस सुझाव पर माननीय प्रधानमंत्री महोदय विचारें

Dear sir,The working condition of the govt. is excellent. but i would like to say that government should maintain zero tolerance in case of woman safety let it be accused is from the government or not.
2. Government has to re-think about the reservation on caste basis view it may be hurdle in the field of development. Promotion should be on performance basis only.
3. The employment of ex-servicemen specifically in the field of police department to maintain healthy environment.

Request to focus on Medical Research. Mediocrity has put the the medical research down. Research should be a passion not employment. Scientists should be given a result oriented assessment and reservations based on should be avoided here. Consultant jobs post retirement should be given to exceptionally meritorious scientists only. Not be doled out to please someone. UPSC like recruitment system may bring uniformity and standard guidelines unlike present system which depends on inst.s head
