Mr. PM I lost my two critical years of student life thinking about political & administrative environment of the country and its possible solutions. All the scams gives me the message that authorities are fooling &looting us & it makes unrest in my heart and distracts my concentration from studies. So please maintain a good atmosphere through social justice as it is the key to internal security, stability, good governance & social development. I know this is not in the agenda but please do it..
To tame inflation direct access to the market has to be organised so as to elliminate middle man making huge cuts. Only direct FDI's can manage that with huge network they can create as they are the masters in this field. That will enable in creating huge cold stores as well general storage space. Lot of jobs too will be created & Indians at large will get exposure in tis field of procurement as well distribution with minimum wastge & benefitting billion of customers by competitive prices..
To have really Swachh Bharat most important is to ban Paan Masaala/Gutka b'coz of which every nook & corner is dis-figured. NO LAW OR FINE CAN REFRAIN THIS UGLY HABBIT EXCEPT TOTAL BAN WITHOUT CARING FOR REVENUE LOSS..
Toilets have to be installed at all important places.
Mosquitoes breeding has to be controlled by rigorously by sprays.
Diesel vehicles pollute more hence strict pollution control must.
Garbage dumps & collection centres to be kept highly clean.
Public must refrain from spitting.
1) MAKE HYV SEED FOR MORE CROP CAPICITY

policy of farmer=small type of agriculture whose produce own production ,but not sell by market due to not getting money. so that problem human resources like cloth other food, not ability of farmer . so I SUGGEST THAT WHOSE THOSE FARMER REQUIRE OF DIFFERENT TYPE OF MATERIAL EXAMPLE=FORMER PRODUCE LIKE RUBBER SO THIS NOT REQUIRE CLOTH AND OTHER FOOD,. FORMER PRODUCE RICE 500 TON RICE IS NOT ABLE TO CLOTH AND OTHER FOOD SO THIS TYPE FARMER IN OUR INDIA TO GET FREE OF COST AND BYTHROUGH GOVT
Create platform and enable them to design their management system keeping health of an individual or an employee as a centre or hub for designing their management and growth of respective sector. Thus public health will be centre for designing different development sectors to develop healthy community.
And finally, inter-departmental convergence is necessary such as labor department, water and sanitation engineering department, municipalities, transport, public distribution system, social welfare as well as large private, public sector units.
Seventh priority need to be converting all district hospitals into both secondary and tertiary services and that should be strengthened to provide high quality and training to different categories of health care providers.
