First of all we all must thank to digital revolution which makes most of impossible things possible.
In my opinion nano- technology have wide range of uses in the betterment of society.
1. Use NT to develop a chip which can identify and check the levels of different vitals in patient of critical illness.We can fit this small chip inside the body of the patient.
2. We can develop some effective and efficient devices for our armed forces.
3. In education we can help our students by NT.

A survey should be carried out to evaluate the amount of money spent on various projects due to cost overruns just because of not following the deadline for a poject.

All projects must be completed within a given timeframe and any extention MUSTNOT be given to the contractor under any circumstance and must be penalized by imposing a fine equivalent to the increased cost of the project.
It has become a norm in India, to delay a project and claim cost escalation which could be twice/thrice of the initial cost. Indian govt. can save a fortune by implementing strict compliance.

azetted and Restricted holidays should be replaced with Paid Holidays so that Govt. functioning could be developed and people of India can get their right of service in time and in this way our country would get prosperity and the long lasting developing India may become as Developed India. As almost all services are hampering due to these unnecessary holidays.

Since nano technology devices are still nascent technology area, joint industry-research consortium should be developed with special focus on applications development in three specific areas- low cost water and wastewater treatment, hazardous waste management ( e.g, hospital waste ) and reducing human life risk through nano technology based monitoring applications in toxic gaseous and other hazardous work areas. This can only be done through development of a proper technology mission.

Transparency in working of state Govt must be required to improve many fold. While central Govt is assisting state Govt through funding the projects and schemes. There must be a provision for every paise and beneficiary to be posted on web site. Web site is one of the best mode of Governance. Interested institutions and Public get information and they can participate to provide information to the concerned person that how much and what kind govt assistance they got. its help to cross verify.
