Government can think about doing away with all holidays (except weekends). National Holidays like 15th August and 26th January can be non-instructional working days with programmes on patriotic theme in government offices. All holidays can be converted and added as 15 casual leaves, which can be used by the employee whenever needed. When demands CL of more than 50% employees, the head of the institution should be authorized to declare it a holiday after deducting 1 casual leave from everyone.

Investment by Indian Financial Institutions- There is some game in investments by DII's. it is learned that cuts are envoled & they are ready to invest in any company. Last 2 years records demand some scrutiny.

50% taxes are taken away by Lawyers & other intermediateries becuase our taxation laws are not having any clarity. The government should setup 15-20 member team who will be empowered to give government opinion on law to a common citizen @ some fee. This opinion should be have binding on government & taxation authorities. This will double the tax revenue in one year. Tax payment is horrible experiance, you don't pay only tax but file returns everyday & pay underhand even all is well.
