Though trees are planted by people on their private land should not be allowed to fell without prior permission from Forest deptt or such agencies who deal. Permission should be granted provided he agreed to plant few more trees in near future. In this way environment can be saved.

E-governance so far my knowledge is concern, work will be transparent, clean, speedy, corruption free governance. Every right thinking people want corruption free government.
