1. In many villages the e services are available but people do not know. Panchayat heads, teachers, educated youth need to be made aware how to use the facility by seminars and newspapars/TV/Radio advertisment etc. 2. Through Panchayat heads we should list out the reasons why people are not using those facilities. 3. We can ask the people themselves what services they want on e services desk.

Google Map is not working as accurate as in USA. Can we please ask Google India to enhance their map with respect to India Postal PIN Code. So that someone can search a place with respect to postal PIN code. Also we can try to provide each village and Panchayat having a post office at least. Currently Most of remote areas and villages in India are not covered. We should have a plan to view all the villages in google map.

Its more feasible to facilitate digital India idea to rural areas than urban as in Rural India Institutions such as banks, Tehesildar/Mamladdar Offices, Governance higher institutions, health facilities, higher secondary schools, junior colleges, colleges, higher education institutes etc are located far away from the place they live many times. Designing Digital Lockers and other citizen centric mobile applications which can be operated and functional through smartphones is the need of hour.

Sir An Israeli startup has developed a bio-organic material that uses tiny nanodot crystals to quickly store energy. It can recharge a mobile phone in just 30 seconds. We can develop such technologies which can make mobile phones available in rural areas an establish a solar based charging point from where it can be recharged quickly.Further it shall be worth thinking about developing a mobile phone/tablet which recharges itself in 30 seconds when exposed to daylight.
