Sir, I just want to share my thought. We have a lot of creative talents in rural parts of our country. Tribal paintings and other handicrafts made by this rural talents are great piece of art but they hardly reach to the urban area where they can get good amount of money for it. If one internet center per village can be opened where this people can get theirs handicrafts or other artworks photographed and listed on a government web site, they can reach to wide audience (retailer or customers).

First and foremost State of the art Digital Service Centers must be setup in each and every village All villagers of all backgrounds must be enrolled in those centers First educate and then allow senior school children/teachers to take initiative to help others understand about the importance of services.

To make it possible, easy way will be to install wifi at government offices.. and make form filling online. . Because in villages, everyone doesnt have smartphone. People will go to government offices for form filling.. where 1 person shd be appointed part time work of online form fillings etc.. this will ease the work.. later as people will start using smartphones, they can do this work on their own.which will take many years still

To take e-services to rural India, government first bring low cost internet facility in rural India. The important government websites should be available free to the citizen. E.G. Gujarat government make form of crop insurance online. But farmers has no facility of internet as well as no knowledge, so they had to went near by city and give 50/100 rupees to fill just one form online. How can small farmer can do that..? Like wise in online admission procedure students pay very high fees.

Sir, Please relax the claim procedure for PMJJY and PMJSY as the PSU insurance companies may avoid claim settlement in the guise of their tough claim procedures and paper formalities.2. The claim amount be directly credited into the beneficiary's bank account. 3. The success of these schemes will depend on speedy claim settlement with least paper formalities.
