1. Gov should make low bandwidth highly efficient and powerful, one stop web and mobile application for all their Central Gov Departments. This application should be efficient enough to work super fast on 2G dataplan.(don't doubt, it is feasible). Also this mobile application should be powerful and capable enough to provide service related to each and every Govt Dept.

epost is a very very great and innovative service started by post office to bridge the Digital Divide. But it is not cost effective so less popular. We can offer ePostcard service just for 1 Rs. and it needs to be integrated with Mobile devices, where sender can draft and send postcard, right from his mobile(using Mobile app or using SMS), for just 1 Rs. it will be immediately printed in receivers nearest PostOffice and delivered same day. Make 10 Rs for bulk advertisers so they don't spoil it.

E Health Points (EHP) are units owned and operated by Healthpoint Services India (HSI) that provide families in rural villages with clean drinking water, medicines, comprehensive diagnostic tools, and advanced tele-medical services that bring a doctor and modern, evidence-based healthcare to their community. The E Health Point concept builds upon and combines proven models to achieve unique synergies and efficiencies that have the potential to transform rural healthcare and improve wellness.
