The people in rural areas can be made understand about the advantage and disadvantages of mobile and e-banking system by local bodies and through advertisements in Television. More branches of nationalised and private banks should be opened in rural areas. People in rural India should be encouraged to create account in banks and habituated in the banking systems by local authorities and through advertisements in Television.

For making India Digital, every village should be connected with internet and telephone connectivity. At present most of the villages of our country is deprived of these facilities. Hence, I believe that the time has come to have these facilities by our country men within a couple of years.

Using IT to provide services under the initiatives taken by Government gaurantees quick reach to masses. But to get maximum benefit from the e-services to rural India, the following must be done. 1) Give wide publicity to the e-services in rural areas 2) Use IT to increase transparency and accountability in public servants 3) Use IT for transperant process on feedback/redressal mechanism Do not forget that most of rural population is still under educated to make better use of e-services.

To overcome financial constrains for modernization& integration of agriculture with techonology, direct investment from public in agriculture business can be invited. Small village wise or district wise agriculture industries can be formed and people can invest online just like stock market. Farmers will get financial support very easily and public can also invest with less risk. Involvement of private sector and banking can make agriculture further professional and technology oriented business.

We feel ashamed. We feel let down. Dismayed to see a news flash that cabinet has decided to go ahead with Aadhar. unique ID is good. But collecting, processing and storing data with the aid of companies having foreign connections/links/holding/subsidiaries is wrong. We Indians do not like our data to be shared by such companies. Let the UIDAI be a department of the government. Let the data collection work be done by Government officials through post offices or village offices.

I think that mygov is also a sham. News flash just now that Aadhar is to be continued by the GOV. We had pointed out that private involvement is bad and that we are ashamed. If only the Gov thought about it, the gov would not go ahead with Aadhar. OR are we to take it that PM wants to assure sharing of data with foreign connected companies before he leaves for US ? We feel ashamed
