For better utilisation of bandwidth , limit internet use for schools to e-books downloading only for offline reading on e-book readers.

At first we must try to bring 100% primary education of computer literacy at ground level because all tech. attached with it. For this we must conduct some social program related to it.

we can do it by promoting more and more self service institutions by some incentives according their target achievement and by choosing active members in every panchayt.

Taking e-services to rural India is possible when the local service providers join hands with the Government Deptt.If the local service providers are given access to the various Deptt.policies and process then they can participate in improvisation.

I am started an institute named as "Future Track Academy" at my home town. I am conducting a program to provide free computer education to student of schools which not giving any computer education.

E service in rural india will be possible when people can access whatever they want in theri reasonal language. I mean in india e seva should be developed in all reasonal language.

Kind attention Officer concerned Digital India initiative, Respected Sir, I feel making internet access to all citizens of India will empower them. Even at places where mobile connectivity is weak, internet can be made available to citizens living there through Wi-Fi hotspots. The prime concern for making internet through Wi-Fi is security reasons. If Adhaar number is mapped to Mobile numbers and giving access to those whose customers whose Mobile numbers are verified and mapped can be
