It must be easily available in any type of mobile phones i.e. starting from general mobile phones to Smart phones like the mobile banking facility of Pradhan Mantri Jan-Dhan Yojana (PMJDY). IT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT CHARACTERISTIC OF DIGITAL RAIL.

रेलवे स्टेशन और कोच दो साफ़ रखने के लिए सबसे पहले अनाधिकृत विक्रेताओं का रेलवे परिसर और कोच में प्रवेश प्रतिबंधित करना चाहिए|

Railways can get profit if they start implementing rules at below link for luggage restrictions. I see compartments are over crowded with luggage beyond limit. http://www.indianrail.gov.in/luggage_Rule.html

atleast 5% should be allocated to senior citizen for lower berths so that they need to beg or request other passenger to change, as i see currently there is not option for sr. citizen to select lower or side lower berth, some times they get upper berth. how can a person climb about 60 especially ladies.

Sir, there is one way to prevent agent interface in ticket booking. There should be facility during ticket booking to add your selected id number like aadhar, election, pan , license. During ticket booking ticket will book, but railway later on inquired about those numbers that passenger has given for ticket booking. If information is wrong, notification send on mobile of passenger and correct this in time otherwise ticket will be cancelled. This is good for prevention of agent interface.

1. Train Ticket Bookings, on trains, at Post offices(PO), Bus stations, Petrol stations. More counters at railway stations 2. More superior quality automatic vending machines be installed 3. New tele-booking system be introduced. PO - delivery point -Cash on delivery - charges be recovered from customer 4. Tie ups with all major online travel portals authorising train bookings. Irctc.co.in will continue as one of the options. Regards, Rajkaran Singh Bhatti 9780005656
