One great idea can be implement in this area, like cell phone sim there must a sim or an account with Indian Railway for frequent travelers and they can charge it from any media and have reserve money also that will reduce cash money flow, no of transition, so many inquiry etc, and will increase customer satisfaction and their relationship with Indian Railway & boost further for a world class services.
