One great idea can be implement in this area, like cell phone sim there must a sim or an account with Indian Railway for frequent travelers and they can charge it from any media and have reserve money also that will reduce cash money flow, no of transition, so many inquiry etc, and will increase customer satisfaction and their relationship with Indian Railway & boost further for a world class services.

Hello before two days I was in delhi railway station for bye my unreserved ticket in Que.there is one Nepali ticket agent coming and ask me to bye unreserved rail ticket and I ignore him and I said go away from here and he start to threaten me i am going to kill you and start to fight with me so I was scared.if govt bend agent on railway's station how they are inside in railwaystation and threaten to people and sale tickets and also railways staff support him to do this things.

Dear Sir, first of all i want to thankful to for you are doing great job, sir before few months your start a program for drugs matter in panjab but i want to ask about tambacoo it is dangerous for every one according to govt gutkha is banned in our city but gutkha is available in different structure they give pan masala and tambacoo in different-different packets and public also using continuously gutkha and they make dirty to our city, hospital, bus stand etc so plz as soon as possible.

भारत में यह नियम लागू किया जाना चाहिए कि जो भी व्यक्ति सरकारी नौकरी में है। चाहे वो कलेक्टर हो या SP या कोई अन्य कर्मचारी। सभी के बच्चे सरकारी स्कूल में ही पढेंगे और जिनके बच्चे सरकारी स्कूल में न पढते हो उन्हें सरकारी नौकरियों से निकाल दिया जाए। सभी लोग समझ सकते है कि जब जिले के कलेक्टर और SP तथा अन्य अधिकारीयों के बच्चे सरकारी स्कूल में पढ़ना आरम्भ कर देंगे, तो उन स्कूल में शिक्षा का स्तर क्या होगा और शिक्षक किस तरह की पढाई वहाँ करवाएँगे।

major problem when travelling in a train is that at night time it is very difficult to observe the arrived station on platform for the passangers inside the train due to fog or some other reasons, so that if a display device is placed in each compartment which show arrived station it will very useful for the passangers inside the train

sir, railway should be digitalize with security. There is tough for individual to stay protected against robbery. During booking, Id number must be necessary and it must be verified by railway for security. So unnecessary people can avoided. The facilities in the train should such that on station doors open automatically. Ticket should have barcode and before entering railway station it must be scan to enter.Unnecessary people should avoided on station.

This is such a nice initiative started by our MODI govt where we can now share our views and also give new ideas to our govt...thats really nice..
