Unreserved tickets should also be booked online or from the customer side for fast travelling and skiping queues on major stations. so d time consumed by passengers will cut down.

In my point of view the ticketing system on railway is not good. i have the reason for it. as our contry is still now developing but only some people are benefited by the system.

It is highly appreciated factor that some basic details are collected regarding our skills. But it will more beneficial if we collect it at a detail level as it can be immediately applied wherever relevant. We are always ready to participate in any move that will make our country a better place to live for our future generation

8-10 hrs. journey train must be double decker chair car. Busy route may be three or four times a day. CAMERA MUST BE IN ALL BOGGIES. discourage to people carry heavy baggage. If they carry heavy baggage they can book on the same train with money but not with him. For booking of heavy baggage railway have to put two or three BOGGIES extra but they can earn money also. Again put camera on luggage BOGGIES also.

To cover distance of 150 to 180 km. passenger train takes ~5 to ~6 hours. One of the reason is slow speed of the train but another reason which eat up almost 50% of the time is "Train does not run half of time during journey period". Because of single track.

Website takes so much time to load & sometimes page does not load properly. This sometimes cause error. After transaction seat is not booked & later money is refunded. I suggest to improve quality of online booking service. Thank you
